Who Baytik clients actually are

  • Over 2,000 international medical graduates arrive in Canada every year for hospital fellowships. In 2026, we work with physicians heading to Vancouver, Toronto/GTA, and Hamilton — Canada's major fellowship hubs.
  • Internationally trained physicians arrive in Vancouver every June and July for hospital fellowships at VGH, St. Paul's, BC Children's, UBC, and BC Cancer.
  • Each tenancy is anchored by a working physician on a 1-2 year hospital fellowship. Salaried, employed, committed to completing their program.

What happens after you submit

  1. We review your listing within 24 hours.
  2. You'll receive a short verification link to confirm your identity (60 seconds) and provide proof of authority over the property — land title document, property management agreement, or signed right-to-lease form.
  3. Once verified, your listing goes live to qualified Baytik clients.
  4. We notify you when a family applies — you decide whether to move forward. No referral fees. No exclusivity.
