Why this guide exists

Toronto fellowship cohorts begin July 2026. The GTA rental market is structurally different from Vancouver — wider cost spread, hospital geography that splits across a downtown corridor and one outlier (Sunnybrook), and a fraud pattern dominated not by fake listings but by hijacked ones. This guide closes the gap most fellowships leave unaddressed.

We're now serving physicians arriving July 2026 for fellowships at UHN, Mount Sinai, SickKids, Sunnybrook, St. Michael's, and McMaster. Each tile below is a self-contained section. Read them in any order. Tools on the first-thirty-days, fraud, and neighbourhoods pages save your progress in your browser.

Built for Toronto-bound professionals

Two pricing tiers for Toronto in 2026: Essentials at $2,499 handles pre-arrival logistics — housing shortlist, document package, neighbourhood orientation. Settlement at $3,499 adds the first-30-days post-arrival concierge layer. Concierge is not yet available in Toronto; we'll open it when in-person settlement capacity is in place.

The Hamilton/McMaster cohort is integrated into our Neighbourhoods page — Westdale, Dundas, Ancaster, and the Burlington/Oakville commuter belt. Same pricing tiers apply.

A consultation is forty-five minutes. The briefing is twelve pages. Either is a faster start than the alternative.
